The Bulgarian Bag, is a crescent-shaped exercise equipment used in strength training, plyometric weight training, cardiovascular training, and general physical fitness. The bag is made of heavy duty vynil and filled with sand; and have flexible handles to allow for both upper and lower body training, and for building grip strength.
Functionality:
Most, if not all of the exercises that can be performed with kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, weight vests, and/or barbells can be performed with the SPART Bulgarian Bag.
The SPART Bulgarian Bag also offers movements that cannot be duplicated with any other tool that can allow an athlete to move in all three planes of motion during a single movement!
