This barbell is made of a hardened chrome, knurled shaft with bold lettering  on weight heads for easy identification of the weight.
 
These bars are perfect for any new or experienced athlete. Weights are available in 10 lb intervals, starting at 10 lb and going all the way up to 110 lb.
