The base to be filled with sand (440lbs) and water (123 l) is made of molded plastic, to ensure uniformity of the bag. At the base there are grommets to ensure stability. The bag is padded with high density rubber, covered in one-sided vinyl with a leather finish and can be inclined to be easily moved.
